Financial Regulation (Regulated Lending and Banking Lawyer) 4+ To £££ This Tier 1 ranked City firm is looking to hire an ambitious consumer finance lawyer to work for both UK and international clients including clearing banks, challenger banks, building societies, credit card providers, asset finance companies, debt collectors, debt purchasers, debt management companies, brokers, home credit lenders and point of sale finance providers. Enjoy a broad-ranging role including drafting RLB products, including regulated consumer credit agreements, regulated mortgage documents and current account and savings terms and conditions. Solid experience of advising on the Consumer Credit Act and the Consumer Credit Sourcebook essential and ideally you will have knowledge of the Mortgage Conduct of Business Sourcebook, Banking Conduct of Business Sourcebook and Payment Services Regulations.
