Are you a Statutory Accounts Semi Senior with at least two years experience from a good quality accountancy firm, looking to upgrade to a Top 100 accountancy firm based in Central London (West End location) which specialises in working with interesting Film, TV, Creative and Media based clients?
Are you keen to work in a firm with high levels of responsibility, work with an interesting client base and be trained so you can improve your overall accountancy skills and specialise in advising high profile clients? Are you also looking for study support for the ACA or ACCA qualification?
Your role will be varied and include:
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Corporation tax returns
- Personal tax returns
- VAT returns
- Reviewing bookkeeping assignments prepared by more junior staff
You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients from interesting sectors such as Film & TV, Advertising, Media, Entertainment and the Creative sectors. You will also use a range of cloud based software packages such as Xero.
To be considered for this newly created role due to growth, you will likely be a Statutory Accounts Semi Senior, Accounts Assistant or Trainee Accountant with at least two years experience and ideally be AAT qualified and looking to start the ACA or ACCA or you will already have started your professional exams.
You must have experience of working in a general practice role, with experience of preparing statutory accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and bookkeeping. The firm also places a large emphasis on advisory work and advising clients, and full training and working with experienced staff will help you build up your advisory skillset.
