As Accounts Manager, you will become the primary point of contact for a designated group of clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships that ensure client satisfaction and continued business growth. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts Serve as the single point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner Will be responsible for the development and training of junior team members. Comply with internal policies and procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience : To be ACA OR ACCA qualified. Level 4 AAT is considered also. Experience in accounts preparation for limited companies and also for unincorporated businesses. Preferably previous experience of working at an Accounts Manager level in an accountancy practice.
