Retail Promotions Assistant

Virtue Agency is a marketing and events company that helps cutting-edge tech brands connect with the public in meaningful, real-world ways. We specialise in experiential campaigns and are currently partnering with a global digital identity project that combines innovation, privacy, and blockchain technology.

The Role

We're looking for confident, reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Verification Assistants. You’ll be working at a mid mall kiosk retail location in a mid mall space in Victoria Place a busy retail centre with foot traffic from Victoria Station, approaching and helping members of the public go through a simple digital verification process using a futuristic piece of hardware.

You’ll guide users through the process, answer basic questions, and make sure they feel informed and comfortable throughout.

• You have an interest in digital technology — maybe you’ve dabbled in crypto, Web3, or emerging tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors at the store location
• Guide users through the verification process using a digital device
• Answer basic questions and ensure a smooth, respectful experience
• Set up and shut down the station as needed each day
• Handle appointment bookings and walk-ins
• Flag any technical issues or user concerns to the team lead

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools
• Interest or experience in crypto, digital identity, or blockchain (preferred but not required)
• Able to work full or part-time on location in Victoria Place Shopping centre.

Full-time or Part time (7 days per week), during retail hours:Mon-Fri: 8:30am-8:00pm,Sat 10am-7pm,Sun: 10am-6pm (rotas will vary)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
