Software Engineer – HFT Equities & Futures
Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Equities and Futures team, in their brand-new trading desk. Our client is one of the most renowned global players for tech and trade and business operations. This team is focused on exchanging connectivity, ensuring market access and better understanding the structure of US equities to optimize their trading systems.
The role involves collaboration with trading and technology teams as well as leading reasonably sized projects independently. You’ll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills and an interest for growing and making an impact. Experience working on a equities trading system is required.
Responsibilities:
- Building and optimizing high-performance equity trading systems using C++.
- Independently leading high – quality projects that vary in size.
- Collaborating with Quantitative Traders to drive innovation in equity and futures trading systems.
- Work in a high-pressure environment and provide quick solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
