- Carrying out laboratory-based evaluations of fabrication and assembly processes, while engaging directly with manufacturing teams and PCB vendors.
- Supporting the introduction of standardised approaches and documentation in line with both national and international engineering practices.
- Taking part in investigations of component- or board-level failures to support quality and reliability improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Familiarity with technologies involved in the design, production, and assembly of printed circuit boards
- Effective communicator, able to maintain consistent dialogue with colleagues and stakeholders both in person and remotely
- Proactive and focused, with an organised mindset and a genuine interest in developing skills and knowledge alongside others
- Dedicated to meeting goals within set deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
- Willing and able to travel, including internationally, as required by project demands
