Weβre working with a leading investment manager seeking a Data Management Lead to help establish and embed enterprise-wide data practices across governance, architecture, and quality. This is a key role sitting within the Data Oversight function, responsible for delivering structured, scalable data management processes across the business.
The successful candidate will drive the development of new procedures and frameworks, support internal stakeholders with training and guidance, and contribute to long-term capability-building in data governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement data governance and architecture processes aligned with existing risk frameworks
- Produce high-quality documentation, process guides, and senior MI
- Support business-wide adoption of data management responsibilities
- Lead the execution of data policy attestations and oversight reporting
- Contribute to internal data training programmes and act as an advocate for best practices
- Proven experience in data governance and operational data management
- Strong understanding of data policies, glossaries, and data quality practices
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio and Power BI
- Investment management or large-scale data programme experience preferred
