Reed Business School is looking for a motivated Performance Coach to support and guide learners through their apprenticeship programmes, ensuring occupational competency and timely completion to join their team in the Moreton-in-Marsh, Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, plan learning routes, and agree on training plans with apprentices and employers.
  • Motivate and coach learners to achieve their goals, providing regular progress reviews and pastoral care.
  • Prepare learners for assessments and act as a point of contact for programme queries.
  • Monitor performance, identify learning needs, and support retention and achievement targets.
  • Ensure accurate documentation using Eportfolio and tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven coaching experience in workplace or apprenticeship settings.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Desirable: Coaching qualifications or knowledge of accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW).
