They are now seeking an Associate Director with extensive experience within corporate communications to join their award-winning team. They are keen to find an individual who is dedicated to empowering clients to succeed in an ever-evolving global landscape.
Role:
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals and ensure teams are accountable for achieving them
- Build strong client relationships, providing impactful advice and supporting their strategic direction
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional work and sharing insights to promote team success
- Ensure all work is informed by research, data, and insights, and seek external expertise to enhance quality
- Identify efficiencies, encourage collaboration, and drive growth opportunities within and outside client teams
- Develop and maintain external networks to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships
- Mentor and coach team members, setting development goals and providing regular feedback
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment, prioritising team wellbeing
- Contribute to the firm’s growth through knowledge sharing and entrepreneurial thinking
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in corporate communications, either in consultancy or in-house roles
- Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and manage communications across multiple channels
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering strategic counsel under pressure
- Expertise in developing media strategies and managing relationships with senior reporters
- Experience leading new business opportunities and handling RFP processes
- Skilled in managing complex, high-performing teams with varied experiences
- Willingness to engage directly with client teams and contribute across the firm
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to develop expertise in new areas while sharing knowledge with colleagues
