I am supporting a client of mine with their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This a true generalist role where you will work as part of a broader team to deliver an efficient HR service and drive a high performance culture. In this role you will gain a huge amount of exposure and have the opportunity to support on a number of exciting HR projects.

Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:

  • Providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance to Managers across all areas of HR
  • Coaching and up skilling Managers
  • Advising on a variety of ER cases, including absence and performance related issues
  • Leading on maternity / paternity / flexible working requests
  • Preparing reports with analysis on HR data
  • Supporting with compensation and benefits reviews
  • Continually reviewing HR policies and processes in line with legislative changes
  • Liaising with the global HR team where necessary

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have extensive HR generalist experience with a proven track record in coaching Managers. Strong communication skills and demonstrating a real passion for the work you do are also important for this role.
