We are recruiting for our client, a SaaS Business in the b2b health-tech market. They are looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This is a remote role but you need to be UK based and available for occasional meetings in London.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering the product roadmap and evaluating new product initiatives. Working collaboratively with the Product team and key functions across the business, this role will focus on defining, delivering, and launching product initiatives while supporting broader planning and delivery efforts.
This position is ideal for an innovative, commercially minded problem-solver who is passionate about healthcare and has a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in this field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product team on planning and delivery.
- Act as the customer advocate, employing user research methods to understand problems, validate ideas or prototypes, and track success.
- Lead discovery of assigned product initiatives and support prioritization.
- Partner with Product Owners to define requirements, manage backlogs, and continuously deliver customer-centric value.
- Leverage design thinking and technical expertise in collaboration with technical teams to propose robust solutions.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key initiatives.
- Create and refine user personas, use cases, and other product documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on initiative progress.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities, threats, and long-term product relevance.
- Support the Chief Product Officer with strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to additional activities within the scope of the role.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
- Proven line management experience.
- Track record of managing product lifecycles, from ideation to discovery, delivery, and go-to-market.
- Strong skills in translating customer and business needs into actionable requirements.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Experienced in working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, customer success, marketing, and sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Alignment with the company’s core values.
Salary: up to 70k + 10% bonus
