The Role:
As a Health & Safety Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for a diverse portfolio of clients. From site visits to strategic advice, you'll help businesses stay compliant, safe, and successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert Health & Safety consultancy services across various sectors
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Develop and install tailored H&S policies, reports, and documentation
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients based on current legislation and best practices
- Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing support and satisfaction
- Deliver in-person and virtual H&S training when required
- Contribute to the company’s helpline and internal support network as needed
About You:
- A solid background in Health & Safety, with relevant technical/professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Ideally hold Chartered Status (CMIOSH) or working towards
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Outstanding time management and organisational abilities
- A strong commitment to client service and consultancy excellence
- Full UK driving licence (clean) and access to a vehicle
