We have an exciting opportunity for 1st Line Support Agents to join our client based in Nottingham. We're looking for analytically minded candidates to support their service desk department for 6 months. This is an opportunity to work for a highly reputable and innovative company who are celebrating growth and expansion due to their continued market dominance.
Duties will include:
- Working in a frontline support role to triage, process and resolve a high volume of tickets through an internal system
- Ensuring SLA's are met
- Collecting relevant information to ensure issues are resolved accurately
- Contacting clients via software, email or phone when needed
- Escalating more complex tickets where appropriate
Skills and experience required:
- Naturally analytical and ability to problem solve
- 1 year of experience in a Help Desk role
- IT Proficient including SQL, Microsoft 365, Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in customer-focused positions
- An excellent communicator
Additional Information : You will need to commute to the office in Nottingham on your first day to collect equipment/complete onboarding. After this, the role will be remote.
