Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offering one day a week in office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector; however this requirement can be flexible.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Guiding and advising line managers with the on-boarding process
- Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters, including references, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks
- Arranging inductions for new starters
- Updating and maintaining the HR database, recruitment and candidate tracking systems
- Answering queries from both email and over the phone in regards to the on boarding of staff
- Supporting the compliance team by carrying out general administration duties such as photocopying and printing

Working hours :
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 9am-5pm
