We are currently partnering an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a number of permanent New Business Assistants to join the team in one of the below office locations.
The roles can be based from: Bridgend, Cardiff or Leamington Spa.
The roles are full time, offering a negotiable salary, and the start date will be subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing full support to the Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently
- Preparing correspondence using the case management system
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
- Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers
- Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move
- Carrying out administrative duties, such as administering filing systems, preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Experience required:
- Ideally some experience within a residential conveyancing team
- Good telephone manner, and being comfortable speaking to clients in person and on the telephone
