Talentedge Exec are delighted to be partnering with a hyper growth, SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director opportunity, working closely with an exceptional CFOO. As Finance Director, you will own the day-to-day finance function, freeing up the CFOO to focus more of their time on Operations & GTM. You’ll also play a lead role in preparing the company for an exit, which is something that they are currently moving towards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continually evolve the finance infrastructure, ensuring all processes and controls are scalable
- Lead on FP&A, commercial finance & tracking KPI’s
- Own pricing structures and changes
- Business partner cross functionally
- Create business cases for new services as well as geographical expansion
- Own the day-to-day finance function, including monthly Board pack preparation, statutory reporting, tax work and transactional finance (AP / AR etc)
- Utilise Xero & its’ wider ecosystem of apps & tools to automate transactional finance
- Mentor and develop an ambitious and progressive finance team (based overseas)
Profile:
- ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
- High growth tech scaleup experience (later stage VC or PE)
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
- A hands-on day-to-day operator
- Ambitious, driven and detail oriented. Someone who can be trusted to deliver
