  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and all trades.
  • Short term look aheads.
  • Have experience working on fit out of commercial offices.
  • Previous extensive Construction Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS.
