The clinic, authorised by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), is the leading counselling and psychological assessment centre in Dubai, offering evidence-based methods and tailored treatment plans for top-notch care. They aim to expand their team with professionals trained in either the UK, USA, Western Europe, Australia, or South Africa, holding DHA licenses as clinical psychologists.
Role Description
MedPro Staffing is in search of a full-time licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct psychological assessments and therapy onsite in Dubai, UAE.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution and a valid and active license as a clinical/counselling psychologist from the Dubai Health Authority. (Desirable)
Postdoctoral fellowship training specialising in a specific area. (Desirable)
At least 3 years of clinical experience, including experience in psychological assessment/testing and psychotherapy within CAMHS.
Knowledge of and experience in treating a broad range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, ADHD and Autism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural competence, with the ability to provide appropriate and sensitive interpretation of information for people from diverse backgrounds.
