This role is based in one of our clients\’ regional UK offices across Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options. The salary range is competitive, between £48,000 to £58,000, depending on experience.

As a DEIB Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refreshed DEIB strategy, developing localised plans for Business Services, and supporting leadership in achieving their DEIB goals. You’ll collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Policy teams to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and delivery of localised DEIB plans
• Support the creation of sub-agenda strategies (e.g. Social Mobility)
• Embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle and internal policies
• Co-create and deliver DEIB learning programmes
• Influence inclusive procurement and supply chain practices
• Use data to identify trends and measure impact

What we’re looking for:

• Proven expertise in DEIB strategy and implementation
• Experience working in international, evidence-based DEIB environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Understanding of DEIB in Learning & Development and policy contexts
