About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our outstanding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations at The London Orthodontic Clinic
- Lead and develop the front-of-house, clinical, TCO, and admin teams
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, GDPR, and best-in-class patient care
- Champion the Invisalign Experience Studioâ„¢ experience
- Play a crucial role in driving practice growth through leadership and performance
- Collaborate with directors to shape long-term business strategy
- Track KPIs, financial performance, and team development
What We\’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in private dental or orthodontic practice management
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong understanding of Invisalign® workflows and digital patient systems
- Commercial acumen with a people-first approach
- A business degree is desirable
