Civil Enforcement Officer

• Monitor and enforce parking regulations.

• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) by taking details and pictures of incorrectly parked vehicles.

• Provide information on local parking rules and facilities.

• Notify authorities about faults with parking meters, damaged road signs, and other relevant issues., The London Borough of Harrow is the 12th largest London borough and one of the most culturally diverse local authorities in the UK, making it a great place to live, work, and visit. • Ability to work an allocated shift pattern based on 5 over 7 days, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

• Knowledge of legislation relating to Parking Enforcement/CCTV.

• Training in Civil Enforcement or the capability to be trained to satisfactory standards, or relevant experience.

• BTEC Level 2 or equivalent in CCTV Enforcement, or relevant experience.

• Full UK driving licence for a car and a driving record that meets the council’s insurance requirements.

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
