Due to rapid growth, we are looking for two individuals to join our London based team as Sales Coordinators, providing on-going sales and administrative support to the Directors.
The successful candidate will be provided full training through Communication Work’s formal Professional Development Track, with the opportunity for advancement into a senior sales role.
A combination of base earnings + commission
The successful candidates will be
- A quick learner with a good sense of humour – Can learn new concepts quickly and can think on their feet
- Confident and articulate – Is not afraid of speaking to others and can clearly relay their thoughts
- Tenacious and hungry for success – A believer in the efficacy of systems underpinned by working both hard and smart
- High attention to detail – someone who is conscientious to ensure accuracy in supporting successful sales outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
+ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
+ Recording sales and order information.
+ Updating CRM system on an on-going basis.
+ Writing proposals to clients on behalf of Directors.
+ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
+ 6-12 months of sales experience beneficial but not a deal-breaker
+ Confident and authoritative speaker.
+ Excellent presentation skills.
+A quick learner who is genuinely able to operate under their own initiative.
+ Results and detail orientated.
