We are working with a private equity-backed B2B SaaS business based in Manchester, looking for a CFO. The business is currently generating £5m ARR with a strong presence across EMEA and plans to expand into the Americas.
The business is entering a key growth phase ahead of a targeted exit in 3–5 years, likely via a secondary buyout or trade. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the CEO and PE investors to drive financial performance, shape the growth strategy, and prepare the business for a successful exit.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business with a strong understanding of KPIs and commercial drivers. International experience, particularly in North American markets, will be an advantage.
The candidate would be required to be in Manchester three times a week.
