This developer is a well established brand within Scotland looking to add a Supporting Sales Advisor to their dynamic sales team in the Central Belt. Duties of the Supporting Sales Advisor role will include:
- Providing support to Sales Advisors across multiple developments in locations across Central Scotland.
- Assisting with new development launches and events and providing double or holiday cover as required.
- Providing administrative support.
- Hosting show home visits and ensuring excellent presentation of developments.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Recording daily activity in Salesforce CRM to record activity and assist in sales progression.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
- Completing ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
