Job Description

Portico is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join our team at the London offices of an e-commerce company. The Office Coordinator will be the sole Portico representative on siteคลองเตย, overseeing the company’s day-to-day office needs and serving as the main point of contact for staff and visitors. The role goes beyond a standard reception position: you will manage office supply stock, place orders, and(rr maintain vendor अनुभ) relationships; troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues in partnership with maintenance, cleaning and building management teams; manage mail, deliveries, common area organization, food and beverage requests; and coordinate the logistics for team co‑working days and events, both on‑site and off‑site.

Hours: 34 hours per week, shifts between 08:30 – 17:00, Monday–Thursday.
Salary: £32,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the sole Portico representative on site, overseeing day-to-day office needs.
  • Act as the mainSCREEN point of contact for staff and visitors, creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
  • Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues with maintenance, cleaning, and building management teams.
  • Handle mail and deliveries, keep common areas organized.
  • Oversee food and beverage requests and coordinate logistics for team co‑working days and events.
  • Schedule and support on‑ and off‑site events.

Qualifications

  • Have proven experience within a similar office management role.
  • Be a self‑starter, with high attention to detail, great organisational skills and ability to delegate.
  • Have experience identifying and contracting with vendors and managing the relevant relationships.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Be a people person who enjoys hosting and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be able to partner cross‑functionally, influence and connect with all business partners.
