• Collaborating with experienced developers and designers to tailor WordPress themes to meet project specifications, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging user experience
• Building functionality and maintaining Woocommerce
• Assisting with the installation and configuration of WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality, including contact forms, e-commerce features, and social media integration
• Managing and updating website content—such as text, images, and multimedia—ensuring accurate and timely information delivery
• Conducting testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring websites are error-free and compatible across a range of browsers and devices
• Documenting code changes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to support team knowledge sharing and improve workflows
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members, providing project updates, addressing client feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables
• Supporting senior developers in optimising website performance, focusing on faster load times, SEO enhancements, and robust security
• Staying up to date with the latest WordPress updates, coding standards, and best practices to continually refine skills and contribute to team success.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ Years of experience creating websites on the Wordpress platform
• In-depth knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields & Woocommerce
• Skilled in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, REST API
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
