This long-term contract role is outside IR35 and involves working within a small commercial team on a major civil engineering package. Commercial management from Target Outrun Costs setting to final account NEC contract administration and change management Cost control, earned value, and financial reporting Mentoring junior commercial staff Major civils project experience (e.g. nuclear, rail, highways, water) Strong NEC contract knowledge Proven skills in commercial awareness, client liaison, project management and team leadership Based within reach of London for 1-2 office days per week Start ASAP.
