Example Recruitment Group have a fantastic opportunity that has come available to work for one of our most prestigious clients who are one of the best Heating and Maintenance providers in the UK. Specialising within the local authority sector, they are recruiting a Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis based in Colchester. You will have great earning potential as you can be given up to 2 hours of overtime per day and regular call-out is available.
The Role:
- Basic salary: £42,000 - £44,000 plus call-out & overtime
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 hour week)
- Plus overtime (if desired) and call-out every 1 week in 4/6 weeks
- Servicing and Breakdowns within domestic housing association properties
- All appointments pre-booked
- Must be strong in areas including: breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, repair work on domestic boilers and heating systems
- Overtime available on a regular basis
- Very high earning potential
- Gas boiler and appliance checks
Requirements:
- Experience in servicing and breakdowns of gas boilers and appliances
- ACS qualifications required: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT or CEN1 and WAT1
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Clean DBS
