JSS Financial Services are exclusively partnered with a leading global Private Equity firm, who are experiencing yet another period of growth and success.
We are seeking a Finance Manger to report directly to CFO level and step into a super broad role in a lean function.
Profile highlights:
- Preparation of financial reporting for each PE board and on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Financial reporting to include platform-level budgets, forecasts, detailed cost reporting, variance analysis, and longer-term projections.
- Work with Fund Administration, Portfolio Monitoring & HR to generate consistent platform-level reporting for each board.
- Work with finance teams across Asia and Secondaries to deliver consistent financial reporting across all platforms.
- Work with the Global Head of Finance to enhance cost reporting and other management information for the Business Operations Executive Committee.
- Work closely with other members of Group Finance to ensure that platform level data is consistent with consolidated financials.
- Manage one direct report – Accountant level
- Ad hoc project work as requested by PE board members.
- Presentation to PE boards as required
Candidate requirements:
- ACA qualified with 1st time passes
- Private Equity experience preferred, otherwise broader investment management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong senior stakeholder management
- Some line management experience is a bonus
