About the Role: As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll support the Bar Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the bar, from leading shifts and managing staff to ensuring smooth service during busy events and peak hours. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, training team members, and bringing creative ideas to enhance our drinks offering and service style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily bar operations, stock control, and rota management
