Our client is seeking a Lead M365 Support Specialist to join their Technology Department in London. This role offers an opportunity to work within a global FX ecosystem that handles trillions of dollars' worth of currency each day. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the M365 Operations team and providing 2nd and 3rd line operational support for the company's Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tool set and Infrastructure.

What you'll do:

  • Run the M365 Operations team and report to the Head of Digital Workspace.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for the company's Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tool set and Infrastructure.
  • Take ownership of problems through to resolution over a wide variety of systems and technologies.
  • Expand the current use of existing technologies and advise on new ones.
  • Maintain SME level infrastructure support for internal and external Microsoft M365 solutions.
  • Review and manage daily/weekly Microsoft update bulletins for the M365 service.
  • Maintain record retention policies across all M365 applications.
  • Drive change and recommend improvements across the estate.

  • Proven experience working, managing, and supporting an Enterprise-Wide Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Ability to manage a team to support and deliver globally.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes within a financial services organization.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed management expectations.
