Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a Chessington based company, who are seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The role will be responsible for processing goods in and out, stock management and arranging shipping of goods both within the UK and exporting overseas.
Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, handling and processing goods-in
- Arrange shipping of goods oversees which includes managing dealing with export documentation
- Processing orders for despatch
- Stock control and movement of stock
- Raising purchase orders for the building and office supplies
- Compiling work orders
- Dealing with import and export documents
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience within a Warehouse & Shipping/logistics role
- Administrative skills
- Ability to work in both the office and the warehouse
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Goods in and goods out experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of import and export
