IT Support Analyst

Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing business in Bicester, offering up to £38,000 (DOE) plus excellent benefits and development opportunities!

The Role

The IT Support Analyst will join a close-knit IT team, providing 1st-2nd line support to users across the business. This will include:

• managing / troubleshooting tickets within a service desk tool, escalating where necessary
• providing desktop and local user support
• maintaining an excellent customer service approach for all support queries
• IT asset management, setting up laptops & Mobile devices
• process improvement, documentation
• support on various projects

About you

Applicants for the IT Support Analyst role will have:

• proven experience in a similar IT support role covering both 1st and 2nd line support
• working experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager
• excellent customer service skills, with a strong team-work approach
• knowledge of networking principles
• strong attention detail with experience of process improvement and documentation
• a valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel to other sites as & when required

On offer

Salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Looking for candidates who can work predominantly from the Bicester office, with travel to other sites (some flexibility for occasional working from home)
