Planning Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Devon area who are looking for a Planning Officer to join the team.
You will be mainly dealing with householder & minor planning applications.
This is a full-time position and involves flexible working, with the requirement of site visits, which you can arrange as and when required.
The rate is will be £40-43 an hour, dependent on experience. However I am happy to speak to you about your salary expectations.
