The Role: 

You’ll be based within a busy and prestigious estate agency, offering expert mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing high-value properties. With a steady stream of quality leads and full admin support, you’ll focus on delivering a seamless, professional service.

What’s on Offer:

• Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
• Generous 40% commission split – uncapped earnings
• All appointments provided – no cold calling
• Work with high-net-worth clients in a respected estate agency
• Full admin support to help you focus on advising
• Monday to Friday + every other Saturday – structured, balanced schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A polished, professional, and client-focused approach
