NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in the Berkshire area seeking a statutory Team Manager to oversee a long-term/multi-disciplinary (Safeguarding) team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 7 Experienced Social Workers.
- Work closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers to improve the quality and development of the service.
- Positively influence the development of the team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.
