You must be comfortable resolving minor IT queries as the sole presence on site, as well as being the strategic lead on IT, within a small but growing business.

A strong understanding of trends in IT, to ensure competitiveness in an evolving market, and the ability to seamlessly integrate new solutions.
A strong general IT Infrastructure background, including knowledge of:
- Windows 11 environments
- The M365 Suite including Sharepoint
- Networking Hardware
- Firewalls
- VPNs
- Proven management of vendors
Good knowledge of:
- Infosec principles and managing vulnerabilities
- AV/VC for conference room setup
- Supporting the Adobe Suite and Dropbox
