Join Us as an IT Project Manager – Drive Transformation at Scale! Are you a hands-on IT Project Manager ready to shape the future of green energy in the UK? My client is looking to recruit a dynamic IT PM to lead impactful digital transformation projects within one of the countries most ambitious sustainable energy programs.
Location: Bridgewater, Somerset, TA5 (Mainly remote with office visits roughly 2 days a month)
Security clearance will be required (BPSS)
Salary: ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ70,000 plus benefits including a car allowance, bonus and more.
As part of the high-performing PM pool, you’ll lead technical and functional change initiatives from concept to completion, becoming the essential link between business needs and IT delivery. You'll manage resources, develop and nurture relationships, and ensure "Right First Time" delivery of outcomes that matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Within small to medium sizes projects, own end-to-end delivery across IT infrastructure, apps, and cloud solutions.
- Shape governance, influence stakeholders, and manage third-party suppliers.
- Drive agile practices using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
- Deliver quality reporting, budget control, and strategic planning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree + Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Scrum, APMP, etc.).
- Experience of delivering small to medium sized technical and functional change projects within a multi-divisional business.
- Experience of databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, Azure, M365, development.
- Practical use of Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar, supporting agile ceremonies for planning, collaboration and delivery.
- Experience of, or an interest in the energy sector / green energy infrastructure is a bonus.
