The Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) will support a global not-for-profit the implementation of a new LMS as well as the design of learning programmes, as well as implement learning data capability. This is a 9 month role that is based in London with hybrid working.

An Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) to:

• Support with the implementation of a new Learning Management System
• Work closely with the wider project team
• Support on UAT and developing testing scripts
• Lead on review of existing learning content and develop new learning content
• Develop learning data and data cleansing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Design and implement effective learning programmes tailored to organisational objectives.
• Develop new learning pathways
• Lead on communication

Profile

A successful Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) should have:

• Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes within a professional setting.
• Experience in leading or supporting an LMS implementation including UAT and testing
• Previous experience in developing learning content and data cleansing
• Previous global experience essential
• Open to sector background
