About the Role

- Collaborate with Marketing to drive top‑of‑funnel activity and outreach campaigns.

- Qualify and consult deeply – understanding pain points, influencing decision‑making, and guiding clients through complex buying cycles.

About You
- You’re a driven, curious, and commercially switched‑on sales pro — ideally with 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience under your belt.
- You’ve sold into public sector or regulated environments (financial services is preferred) and understand the nuances of stakeholder‑heavy deals.
- You’re confident running outbound sales motions and can generate your own leads as well as work warm ones.
- Consultative is your style, you don’t just pitch, you listen, diagnose, and solve.
- Strong communicator across phone, email, LinkedIn and in‑person — able to multi‑thread and manage complex accounts.
- Ambitious, but not cutthroat, this is a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates shared wins.
