Our Client, a long standing theatre in Eastbourne is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Eastbourne team on a temporary basis. You'll work closely with our permanent Head Chef and brigade to deliver high-quality dishes that dazzle, whether it's a quick pre-show plate or a luxurious evening meal.
