Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking a switched-on, sales-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Datchet (SL3). This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for both client development and candidate delivery. You’ll need to be confident, proactive, and hungry to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships, winning new business through calls, meetings, and networking
- Take full job briefs and manage vacancies from start to finish
- Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone and video
- Match top talent with client needs and manage the recruitment process throughout
- Negotiate fees, terms, and offers
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

- Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role (360 or sales-focused resourcer)
