Stores & Inventory Manager Location: Worcester Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per year Overview We\’re looking for a hands-on Stores & Inventory Manager to lead warehousing and materials control across goods-in, raw material storage, sub-contract transfers, stock issues, and waste control. You\’ll play a key role in stock accuracy, process compliance, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all stores operations: booking in, kitting, stock movements, and traceability. * Maintain accurate stock records, support MRP/ERP usage, and manage BOM/kitting. * Work with procurement to ensure material availability and control stock levels. * Lead the stores team: training, development, and performance. * Ensure compliance with H&S, environmental, and security procedures. * Support waste management and safe storage of hazardous materials. * Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and procurement teams.
