CRANSWICK PREPARED POULTRY IN HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND RECRUIT:

FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck Drivers – 4 ON 4 OFF – 6AM-6PM

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Prepared Poultry. Despite their scale, they remain a local business with traditional values. They are looking to expand their team and currently have immediate full-time opportunities for Counterbalance drivers working 4 on 4 off. Successful candidates will be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks
• Possession of a UK driving license
• Loading and unloading goods
• Ensuring safe and efficient movement of products within the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting issues to the supervisor
• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Being proactive with a desire to learn and develop
• Adhering to high standards of Health and Safety
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

What We Offer:

• £13.67 per hour
• Working hours: 4 on 4 off – 6am-6pm

Successful candidates must have:

• Punctuality
• Self-motivation
• Compliance with site safety systems and operating procedures
• Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses with at least 1 year of experience

Our client is one of the UK\’s largest meat product producers, established for over 30 years. They are currently expanding their workforce at their Hull site and are seeking FLT Counterbalance Drivers to assist with warehousing duties.
