We are seeking an experienced Nordic Travel Designer to join a fabulous travel company working remotely (UK). This exciting Nordic Travel Consultant role is ideal for an experienced travel specialist from a tour operator or travel agent with knowledge and passion of Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Nordic Travel Designer Duties:
- Tour Design: Crafting customised itineraries based on client needs.
- Travel Expertise: Offering detailed regional insight across the glorious Scandinavian regions.
- Tour Planning: Coordinating logistics, accommodations, and experiences.
- Sales: Converting qualified leads into bookings and upselling enhancements.
- Operations Support: Assisting with client needs before, during, and after travel.
Nordic Travel Designer – Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling tailor-made and/or luxury travel.
- Strong destination knowledge of Scandinavia, ideally with a focus on Norway or Iceland, plus broader familiarity with Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
- Nordic languages skills is highly desirable such as Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic and Swedish (including Finland-Swedish).
- Sales confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
