In this multi award-winning hotel, they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to run this elegant and high quality restaurant and bar set in beautiful surroundings.
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager position must have experience in an award winning hotel/restaurant, ideally red star level. You will be a strong hands-on manager used to leading from the front.
You will run this venue day to day and have a staffing team of 30. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for around 100 covers a day and are looking to push this up also. Very popular for drinks and light snacks also.
You will be a highly professional, hands-on and friendly, customer focused manner. You will be a strong character who can manage a team and also manage a demanding customer base.
