Team manager – Up To £64,054 – Home working flexibility NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in the Berkshire area seeking a statutory Team Manager to oversee a long-term/ multi-disciplinary (Safeguarding) team. Responsibilities: As Team Manager you will oversee a team of 7 Experienced Social Workers. Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service. The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.
