Senior Residential Property Director – Strategic Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and commercial insight with a strong track record in team leadership and performance management.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of conveyancers and junior lawyers, providing ongoing mentorship and supervision
  • Drive the team’s strategic development, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Play a central role in business planning, recruitment, and business development initiatives
  • Take full ownership of team performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • SRA, CLC or CILEX qualification
  • Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law
