International Payroll Advisor – 6 month FTC – London – Hybrid – up to £60,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a renowned firm, who are seeking an International Payroll Advisor. Initially this role is on a 6 month FTC basis, with the potential to go permanent, for the right candidate. You will be assisting the current team with processing 9 EMEA payrolls. Experience of processing EMEA and UK payroll, is essential for this role. This individual will assist with the day to day running of the payrolls. The International Payroll Advisor will have the following skills: Processing multiple monthly payrolls for 9 EMEA countries Deliver payroll within agreed SLA’s, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships Act as a subject matter expert for all employee queries relating to Payroll Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must: A minimum of 2 years experience of running EMEA payroll is essential A minimum of 3 years end to end inhouse UK payroll experience is essential Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Be service driven with a high attention to detail If you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
