Your new company: You will be working for a student accommodation company maintaining their buildings.
Your new role: You will be maintaining 4 student accommodation buildings across the Bournemouth central area. You will be conducting basic fabric tasks from plumbing, carpentry and painting. This will include fixing toilets/showers, repair of building fabric and doors etc. You will also conduct regular checks like smoke, fire, etc. Hours are 9am to 5.30pm with a 30 min break - Some Saturday overtime available if interested.
What you’ll need to succeed: You will be an experienced buildings maintenance handyman with multi-trade skills to include plumbing, carpentry and painting.
What you’ll get in return: £18-20 p/h Umbrella DOE.
